Digital Khamar Pro is a farm management application developed for poultry, dairy, cattle fattening, and fish farmers in Bangladesh. The application helps users manage farm batches, feed records, mortality records, treatment information, expenses, sales, and customer outstanding balances. This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Khamar Pro collects, uses, stores, and protects user information.

Digital Khamar Pro may collect and store the following information: Personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and profile picture. Farm information such as batches, animal or fish quantities, daily feed, medicine, weight, and mortality records. Financial information such as farm expenses, sales receipts, cash memos, outstanding balances, and related customer information. Marketplace and doctor-related information such as product images, descriptions, prices, and doctor contact information. Technical information such as network status and IP address may be processed for Firebase cloud connectivity.

Digital Khamar Pro may request the following permissions: Microphone: Used for temporary voice recognition so users can enter farm records using their voice. Internet: Used for cloud database synchronization, backup, and live market rate updates. We use collected information to provide farm management features, maintain user accounts, synchronize data, provide customer support, improve the application, and maintain the security and proper operation of our services.

Digital Khamar Pro uses Google Firebase services provided by Google LLC, including cloud Firestore and secure authentication. Data transmitted between the application and cloud services is protected using secure encrypted connections. We do not sell users' personal information to third parties. Information may be processed by third-party service providers when necessary to provide and maintain the application's services.

Users can delete individual farm batches or records from within the application.
